Romanillos Model 1

This model is based on a design used by Jose Romanillos which was favoured by Julian Bream. The design features open harmonic bars (see construction page for explanation) and produces a traditional spanish sounding guitar with deep basses, rounded trebles and a great range of tone colour. Torres Model

This model is built from a plan taken from Torres SE114 made in 1888 and belonging to Francisco Tarrega. It makes a very light responsive guitar with a very deep bass and full rounded trebles. The rosette headstock and heel reflect the original Torres design.
